內容簡介 隨著1964年10月1日,世界上首條高速鐵路在日本正式營運,高鐵開啟了交通發展的新時代。高速鐵路作為一種安全可靠、快捷舒適、運載量大、低碳環保的運輸方式,已經成為世界交通業發展的主流交通方式,引領人類走向新時代。但是高速鐵路的安全問題也是大家關注的熱點問題。本書在對高速鐵路安全運營的現狀和客觀態勢分析的基礎上,從「動態跟蹤、態勢評估、預警管理」理念出發,探尋自然災害導致高速鐵路交通事故的發生機理,建立高速鐵路安全運營的自然災害預警系統,給出自然災害下高速鐵路安全運營的管理措施和方法。而高速鐵路安全運營的自然災害預警系統包含了高速鐵路安全運營的橫風預警系統、雨量預警系統、溫度預警系統、地震預警系統、地質預警系統、雷電預警系統等子系統。通過該預警系統,可以提高自然災害下高速鐵路安全運營評估和預警能力,實現高速鐵路安全、快捷、經濟、低碳、環保的發展目標,併為改善高速鐵路安全狀況提供理論依據與技術支撐。
