內容簡介

本書是一部研究不同條件下水稻裂紋產生的原因以及水稻裂紋對水稻品質、力學性能的影響等內容的學術專著。該書共十章,利用水稻種子成分的水分輸送特性以及三維水分擴散模型,重點研究了水稻的儲存條件對水稻裂紋的影響、水稻裂紋對水稻品質的影響、磨米時間和溫度對不同品種水稻力學性能的影響,分析了不同溫濕度對水稻在乾燥過程中產生的裂紋,對水稻裂紋的未來研究進行展望。全書為英文,是一個適合版權輸出的「外向型」選題。

作者簡介

蘭玉彬,國家特聘專家,教育部「海外名師」,歐洲科學、藝術與人文學院(法國歐洲科學院)外籍院士,俄羅斯自然科學院外籍院士,喬治亞國家科學院外籍院士,2021年中國工程院外籍院士有效候選人。山東理工大學校長特別助理、農業工程與食品科學學院院長,華南農業大學電子工程學院/人工智慧學院院長,國家精準農業航空施藥技術國際聯合研究中心主任和首席科學家。
