作者簡介
Chi Fulin, a doctoral supervisor, served on the 11th and 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference He is the president of both the China Institute for Reform and Development (ClRD) and the Hainan Free Trade Port Research Institute He also works as a policy consultant to the local governments of Guangdong, Shandong, Hainan, and other regions Concurrently, Chi is a distinguished professor at several higher education institutions, including Peking University and Northeastern University Recognized as an expert enjoying the State Council Special Allowance, he has received numerous honors such as the National “Five-One Project” Award, the Sun Yefang Economic Science Award (for papers), the China Development Research Award, and the title of the National Outstanding Professional and Technical Talent He has been named one of the “100 Economists Who have shaped the 60-Year Economic Development of the People's Republic of China” and included into the Overview of Academic Achievements of famous Chinese scientists of the 20th Century (Economics)
