作者簡介

黃錫光，1982年畢業於上海外貿學院，外貿英語專業。1994年評為原上海金融學院副教授，2005年評為原上海金融學院教授。1996年5月到1997年8月以高訪學者身份赴美國匹茨堡大學研修。曾任原上海金融學院金融系和國際貿易系主任，後任上海海關學院教務處處長。
