作者簡介

周學藝，男，江蘇丹陽人，1935年生。1958年考入北京大學西方語言文學系，攻讀英語語言文學。1963年畢業后，先後從事外事和英語教學工作，曾任北京大學英語系副教授，在北大、清華講授過美英報刊文章選讀等課程。1981—1983年在美國佛羅里達州立大學從事英美文學、美國歷史和外交史的學習和研究。1989—1990年曾在紐約擔任法庭翻譯等工作。1900年年底回國後任職于北京大學出版社。退休前為出版社教授級編審並曾任語言編輯室副主任。
