這本書從理論和案例的角度展示了中國土地政策的最新變化以及土地政策研究的進展。它介紹了中國實施的具體土地政策的最新情況，並深入分析了這些政策的定位和機制。它分為四個部分，共七章，包括a）土地和土地政策介紹，b）中國土地政策概述，c）土地保有權、開發、保護和管理等特定領域的典型政策問題，以及d）中國土地策略展望。本書強調實踐的重要性，不僅為讀者提供了系統了解中國土地政策實踐的工具，也為其他國家的相關政策制定和實踐提供了借鑒。

作者簡介
譚術魁，華中科技大學公共管理學院副院長，教授，博士生導師。同時擔任國家自然科學基金申請項目同行評議專家，國家社會科學基金申請項目同行評議專家，國家社會科學基金項目成果通訊鑒定專家，教育部博士碩士學位授權點通訊評議專家，教育部全國優秀博士學位論文評選通訊評議專家，教育部博士學位論文定期評估通訊評議專家，教育部哲學社會科學研究重大課題攻關項目評審專家，教育部人文社會科學重點研究基地重大項目通訊評議專家，教育部人文社會科學研究一般項目通訊評議專家。主要研究領域為土地管理，房地產管理，住房政策。擔任博學·21世紀工程管理系列教材（16部）總編，21世紀項目管理系列規劃教材編委，主編教材6部（含普通高等教育「十一五」國家級規劃教材1部），出版專著2部，在省級以上刊物公開發表學術論文125篇。研究成果被有關學者公開發表論文引用318次，被會議交流論文引用41次，並被國內71篇博士學位論文、545篇碩士學位論文引用。主持完成的國家社會科學基金項目《糧食主產區耕地撂荒問題揭示及其規避研究》被全國哲學社會科學規劃辦公室以《成果要報》形式呈送中共中央政治局常委、委員等黨和國家領導人內部參閱。
