王夫娟,寧波教育學院副教授,浙江師範大學學科教學(英語)教育碩士,具有15年的英語基礎教育經歷和15年的英語教師職前和職后培訓經歷,中小學英語教師培訓專家。獲「十佳骨幹教師」「教學改革標兵」等稱號,公開發表論文近20篇,主持市廳級課題3項。
