作者簡介
唐濤，上海社會科學院智庫研究中心副主任，副研究員，管理學博士，主要從事智庫建設、智庫動態資料庫、信息社會理論研究。
楊亞琴，上海社會科學院智庫研究中心首席專家，研究員，經濟學博士，主要從事宏觀經濟理論與政策決策諮詢研究。
