居住建築設計標準化-我國主要開發商的設計標準化實踐研究=Design Standardization in Reside

運用標準化設計是我國主要房地產開發商近幾十年在住宅項目開發中的普遍做法。本書通過科學的文獻工作，系統性地定義了標準化和設計標準化在居住建築開發與設計中的運用目標、方法及過程。本書根據過往的研究空缺及業界的實際情況制定了研究主題與目標，並通過創新性的研究設計，開發了運用設計標準化的測量方法。研究結果填補了過去相關研究的空缺，量化了設計標準化的運用情況、測試並解讀了與運用情況相關的因素，梳理了各相關者針對標準化的觀點。

內容簡介
本書主要內容分為八章，第1~2章 介紹住宅設計研究的意義，設計標準化的概念及研究現狀，住宅設計標準化研究的必要性；第3章 介紹研究方法及技術框架等；第4~6章 介紹具體研究過程及內容；第7~8章 得出結論及意見：住宅建築設計標準化有優點也有劣勢，需要據實使用，並且關注建築設計方案的版權保護，在提高建築設計標準化的同時注意保護地方建築特色等。

作者簡介
方舟，博士，華中科技大學建築與城市規劃學院講師。2011年6月獲華中科技大學文學學士和工學學士學位，2012年12月獲佛羅里達大學建築學理學碩士學位，2014年獲香港博士研究生獎學金計劃（HKPFS）支持赴香港理工大學攻讀建築與房地產專業博士，獲博士學位。主要從事建成環境設計、設計方法、設計管理等相關研究工作。為國際建築與建設研究創新理事會（CIB）、建築設計與管理委員會（W096）和青年學者網絡（ECR Network）成員。主持湖北省自然科學基金項目一項，參與多項國家自然科學基金、國家民委民族研究、湖北省自然科學基金項目。在國際學術會議上發表論文4篇，發表中文核心論文2篇。
