作者簡介

陳東，北京大學經濟學學士、廈門大學法學博士，現為中山大學法學院副教授。曾承擔中山大學法學院與香港大學及歐美若干大學合作培養項目的專業講座（全英文授課），作為教練帶隊參加全國模擬法庭比賽和維也納國際商事仲裁比賽。獲第十屆霍英東教育基金會全國高等院校青年教師獎（教學類）三等獎。
