內容簡介

隨著對海洋環境保護、漁業資源養護的日益重視，《聯合國海洋法公約》所規定的「公海自由」已經不再無條件存在，其中，區域性漁業管理組織承擔起協調公海漁業管理和研究的職責。本書系統梳理相關多邊或雙邊組織，也覆蓋部分重要公約、協定和機制，介紹其發展歷史、管轄區域、成員、組織架構、目標和職責、重要養護和管理措施等基礎信息，以期為中國遠洋漁業發展、國際漁業交流和合作提供系統的區域性漁業管理組織信息。

作者簡介

鄒磊磊，女，博士，上海海洋大學副教授。擁有英語雙碩士和海洋環境保護與治理博士的跨學科專業背景。研究方向為極地海洋生物資源保護及海洋政策與法律。迄今發表的學術論文主題涉及海洋環境保護、極地漁業管理、北極航道、中國漁業等。
