作者簡介

沈傳亮，山東人，中共中央黨校研究室副主任，教授，法學博士，政治學博士后，主要從事中共黨史、改革開放史、黨的決策理論與實踐研究。出版《中國共產黨決策體制的歷史演進》《公務員群體的政治文化研究》《向鄧小平學習》等6部著作，參編參著《中國共產黨為什麼能？》等20多部圖書，其中《中國共產黨為什麼能？》一書入選中宣部中組部向全國黨員推薦閱讀書目，發行100多萬冊。參与中央委託的重大課題、國家重點課題多項，現主持2015年度國家社科基金重點項目「中國共產黨決策思想史研究（1949－2012）」。目前是馬克思主義理論研究和建設工程專家組主要成員、中央黨校中國特色社會主義理論體系研究中心特約研究員。
