作者簡介
徐娟,美國太平洋大學教育學博士,上海師範大學天華學院學前教育學院常務副院長,研究領域包括學前教育評價、學生領導力發展與評價、兒童發展評價等。曾獲第三屆上海市高校青年教師教學競賽三等獎、2022年上海市優秀教學成果一等獎、2024年上海市五一勞動獎章 。主持省、市級課程建設項目2項,專業建設項目3項,教改課題1項,科研課題1項,橫向課題3項;多篇論文在國內外期刊或會議中發表。2019-2023年,主持並實施了上海市幼兒園園長研修培訓項目,並作為編委出版了該項目的系列論文集《幼有善育——上海市幼兒園優質教學與管理實踐》等四本。
