《中國90後在校大學生領導能力發展評價研究》是一個現象學研究，旨在借鑒領導力身份，探討了中國90後在校大學生領導能力發展的相關影響因素。
《中國90後在校大學生領導能力發展評價研究》運用了目的抽樣方法，對參加問卷回單的大學生幹部進行了研究，得出了五大研究主題括信仰和價值觀、有影響力的人、經歷、領導身份發展和不斷變化的觀點。
對照領導力身份，分析了五個相同之處和六個不同之處。
《中國90後在校大學生領導能力發展評價研究》揭示了大學生幹部領導力發展的基本框架和路徑，為高校管理者、學生管理者在培養大學生領導力方面指明了方向和路徑。

作者簡介
徐娟，美國太平洋大學教育學博士，上海師範大學天華學院學前教育學院常務副院長，研究領域包括學前教育評價、學生領導力發展與評價、兒童發展評價等。曾獲第三屆上海市高校青年教師教學競賽三等獎、2022年上海市優秀教學成果一等獎、2024年上海市五一勞動獎章 。主持省、市級課程建設項目2項，專業建設項目3項，教改課題1項，科研課題1項，橫向課題3項；多篇論文在國內外期刊或會議中發表。2019-2023年，主持並實施了上海市幼兒園園長研修培訓項目，並作為編委出版了該項目的系列論文集《幼有善育——上海市幼兒園優質教學與管理實踐》等四本。
