本書依託國際合作項目——「中挪關於中國北方地區黑碳排放、影響、控制對策及其協同效應研究的合作項目」的研究成果，基於文獻調研，總結了國內外黑碳/有機碳氣溶膠排放情況，評估其對區域和全球空氣質量和氣候變化影響，並闡述黑碳/有機碳氣溶膠對人體健康影響，最後綜合評估了我國近十年大氣污染防治政策措施對黑碳減排的作用。本書出版將有助於介紹中國大氣污染防治成果的同時，宣傳空氣質量改善與氣候變化應對協同的經驗。為中國和其他國家大氣環境管理提供參考與借鑒。本書為英文版。目錄
