作者簡介

田永祥，碩士研究生畢業，中共中央對外聯絡部俄羅斯東歐中亞局原局長。曾任中國駐烏茲別克大使館二秘、駐俄羅斯大使館參贊、駐俄羅斯葉卡捷琳堡總領事。長期從事中共對外交往和調研工作，結合工作實際從事中國外交、政黨交往、國際政治等問題研究。現任當代世界研究中心特約研究員等職。
